Peel off the back of the poky velcro pieces that are attached to the velcro stick it into the the box spring/bedframe. Make sure you overlap the pieces at the foot of the bed as length allows

Detachable Bed skirt easily detaches with “Velcro” to the foot and length side and attach using self adhesive velcro straps. Peel off the back of the poky velcro pieces (self adhesive straps) that are attached to the velcro and stick it into the the box spring/adjustable bedframe.
