What is your return policy?

At Pushplinen, all custom-made orders are final as we start production immediately. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong product.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there’s an issue.

We offer fabric swatches to help you choose accurately. Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, dislike of color, style, or specifications.

How do I return my product?

Custom-made products are final sale We do not accept returns on custom-made products.

We understand that sometimes you will want to cancel the order.

Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
