Our custom-made products begin production immediately upon ordering. Due to their personalized nature, all sales are final, and returns are only accepted for following reason.

We offer fabric swatches to help you verify color and texture before ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns based on these factors as they can be confirmed beforehand. Thank you for understanding our policy designed to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
