How do I return my product?

    You can return the product by emailing us at hello@pushplinen.com, we will require the Order ID and product photo and Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

I have returned the product when will I get my money back?

    We will refund 100% provided we receive the item back in original packaging and saleable condition. The refund will take within a week to show in your account. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

How do I get a replacement for my purchase?

    You can email us at hello@pushplinen.com for replacing your order. The replacement process will be initiated after we receive the item back, if the item is in original packaging and sellable condition, we send the replacement immediately at your requested address.

Can I change color if I don’t like it?

    You can email us at hello@pushplinen.com for exchanging your order for a different color. However, all colors are priced differently, once the difference is settled through online payment and the item is sent to our facility in sellable condition, the replacement process will be initiated. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

I would like to cancel an order?

    We understand that sometimes you will want to cancel the order. Once the your order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If order is not shipped then you can cancel the order by sharing your Order ID on hello@pushplinen.com

I would like to amend/modify my order?

    You can share your request on hello@pushplinen.com and our customer support will assist you within 24 hours. Once the product is shipped, we cannot amend the order, in this case, you can email us. Once the product is returned and received in our facility in sellable condition, we will refund the order. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
